The Galán de Membrilla winery currently operates two facilities located in the town of Membrilla within the La Mancha DO region. The estate has a wine storage capacity of approximately 40 million kilograms of grapes, distributed across various isothermal stainless steel tanks of different sizes. The technical equipment includes modern refrigeration systems for must cooling as well as advanced technology for grape processing and tangential filtration. Dedicated analysis areas equipped with specialized FOSS technology enable continuous quality control from the harvest to the bottling process.
