About the estate

The Fröschl Ernst und Maria estate located in the Weinviertel was first documented in 1728. On 1.5 hectares of vineyards, great attention is paid to quality-oriented work. The main grape variety of the winery is Grüner Veltliner, accounting for 50 percent of the production, which is vinified as Weinviertel DAC, classic quality wine, and traditional tavern wine. The further assortment includes white grape varieties such as Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Müller-Thurgau, as well as the red varieties Blauburger, Zweigelt, and Blauer Portugieser. The wines are distributed via bottle sales, a wine vending machine, and the estate's own wine tavern.
