About the estate

The Forster winery is located in Sierndorf an der March in the Weinviertel region. The foundation for today's estate was laid around 1920 by Marie Schneider and subsequently expanded by her son Franz Schneider. Following a fresh start, Gerhard Forster has continued the family business since 2021, modernizing it and offering wines again since 2023. The producer's aim is to create high-quality wines and preserve the Austrian wine culture of small-scale enterprises.
