About the estate
The Flaibani estate is located in Cividale del Friuli within the Colli Orientali del Friuli area near the Slovenian border. The winery manages three hectares of vineyards surrounded by six hectares of woodland and produces fewer than 10,000 bottles across six different wine types. A particular focus is placed on cultivating red grape varieties in a region primarily known for white wines, including the care of centuries-old vines. Organic farming methods are applied in the vineyards, using exclusively copper, sulfur, and biodynamic preparations. In the cellar, minimal intervention is practiced and the wines are allowed an extended maturation period before release.

Il Pinot Grigio ramato è un “bianco non bianco”, vinificato da sempre secondo la tradizione locale con macerazione sulle bucce per alcune ore, cosa che gli conferisce una colorazione molto intensa, quasi ambrata.
