About the estate

The Fischbacher Weine estate is run by Urs Fischbacher and Astrid Hungerbühler in Müllheim in German-speaking Switzerland. Since the spring of 2005, the winery has cultivated a south-facing slope in Götighofen for the production of Pinot Noir. In early 2006, an additional vineyard site on the Lower Lake was acquired for growing Müller-Thurgau. The philosophy of the estate focuses on producing authentic wines through careful vineyard management and gentle cellar processing. In addition to wine, the portfolio also includes verjuice made from green grapes.
