About the estate
The Ferruccio Carlotto estate is managed by the Carlotto family in the third generation, with a winemaking history dating back to 1940. In 2000, Ferruccio Carlotto and his daughter Michela began vinifying their own grapes from the estate vineyards. Spanning six hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates Pinot Nero, Lagrein, and Schiava grape varieties. The vineyard sites are located in Mazzon and in Ora on alluvial soils. The wines are produced under the Alto Adige DOC and Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT designations.
