The Fedor Malík a winery cultivates vineyards in the Modra region within the Malokarpatská denomination. The family-run estate is dedicated to traditional winemaking and is deeply rooted in the local culture. A central focus of their portfolio is the production of sparkling wine using the traditional method. For these sparkling wines, grape varieties such as Dornfelder, Blaufränkisch, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay are utilized. The wines mature for years in the cool cellars before being disgorged.
