About the estate

The family winery Elwine Velké Bílovice s.r.o. continues the winemaking tradition of its ancestors while managing the vineyards with a strong respect for nature. The wines are produced from estate-grown grapes, cultivating a total of six white and two red varieties. The red wines in particular receive recognition at prominent national competitions. In 2017, the estate planted two hectares of vineyards with new, disease-resistant varieties such as Sauvignier Gris to further develop ecological viticulture.
