The Edelhof family winery is managed by the Wetschka family in Jois in the Burgenland region, which is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in the world. The area is characterized by rolling hills and a pannonian climate, while limestone and slate soils shape the work in the vineyards around Jois. Organic farming is consistently applied to promote living soils and healthy, robust vines. Through this sustainable approach, authentic and unadulterated wines with character are produced.
