About the estate
The Ducal winery combines tradition and modernity within its historic and newly constructed cellar facilities. Nestled among vineyards, the estate utilizes wooden barrels, concrete egg-shaped vessels, and Georgian clay qvevri for wine production. Following months of skin contact, certain wines mature for years in large wooden barrels before bottling. Additionally, sparkling wines spend several years aging on the lees in a dedicated aging room within the cellar.
