About the estate
The Dommaier estate is located in Guntersdorf in the Weinviertel region and cultivates vineyards on the southwest-facing slopes of the Schmidatal valley. On fertile and limestone-rich soils, traditional main varieties such as Grüner Veltliner are complemented by Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, and Yellow Muscat. The family-run winery relies on integrated production with minimal use of plant protection products, continuous cover cropping, and sustainable soil management. In addition to wines, the portfolio includes apricot products available in the farm's own specialty shop.
