About the estate

The Domäne Roland Chan estate farms steep stone terraces in the Wachau and was founded in 2017. Across 2.5 hectares of vineyards, grape varieties such as Riesling and Grüner Veltliner are cultivated by hand. The historic single-vineyard sites include Achleiten, Klaus, Bach and Höll. The wines are aged patiently on the fine lees and are released two years after harvest. The estate has been a member of Vinea Wachau since 2019 and certified sustainable since 2024.

The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. The estate sells to retail.
