About the estate
The company Domaines Chevaliers SA was founded in 1936 by Oswald Mathier-Kuechler in Salgesch in the Valais. The founder focused on innovation early on, introducing cold-sterile bottle filling as well as new techniques in soil cultivation and pruning. Since 2008, Patrick Z'Brun and his team have been running the estate and carrying forward its historical heritage. The wines of the estate are located in the AOC Valais appellation.
