The parcels are situated in the heart of the Ibie valley and feature nine grape varieties. The winery operates under organic farming methods entirely without chemical fertilizers or weed killers. To promote biodiversity, the estate installs nesting boxes, plants fruit trees, and integrates grazing animals. In the cellar, the family combines traditional techniques with modern winemaking.
