About the estate

The Domaine Raimbault-Pineau estate is located in the heart of the village of Sury-en-Vaux and has been run as a family business across thirteen generations for over four centuries. Viticulture is practiced using traditional methods and sustainable farming principles on soils composed of caillottes, terres blanches, and silex. The vineyards extend across the four appellations of Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Coteaux du Giennois, and Menetou-Salon, cultivating the Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. Approximately eighty percent of the production is exported internationally, with the remaining volume distributed through direct cellar sales, specialized wine shops, and the restaurant trade.

The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc. The estate sells to importers, horeca and retail. Export markets include Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
