About the estate
The traditional Domaine Paris Père & Fils estate is located in Chançay in the Loire Valley and was founded around 1925 by Marcel Paris. Today, the family-run winery cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards spread across more than 40 parcels. The soils include flint clays, clay-silica formations, and mixed limestone-clay variants. The principal grape variety is Chenin, which is used to produce both still wines and fine sparkling wines. Maturation takes place traditionally within the estate's historic tuffeau limestone caves.
