The Domaine Pagnon is a family estate located in the commune of Torreilles in the Roussillon plain, dating back to the late 19th century. All production has been certified organic since 2021. The vineyards extend across four distinct terroirs in Torreilles, Salses-le-Château, Saint-Hippolyte, and Perpignan, featuring soils of limestone-clay, schist, and rolled pebbles. The portfolio includes wines from the IGP Côtes Catalanes, AOC Côtes du Roussillon, AOC Muscat de Rivesaltes, and AOC Rivesaltes denominations, as well as wines without added sulfites. Cultivated grape varieties include Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Maccabeu, and Muscat, among others.
