About the estate

The Domaine Ninot estate is located in Rully in the Burgundy region and is managed as a family tradition, with the winemaking family having been rooted there since the 14th century. The foundation of their work is a deep respect for nature as well as the protection of the soils and biodiversity. Consequently, the estate received organic farming certification in 2020. The portfolio includes wines with the denominations AOC Bourgogne Aligoté, AOC Mercurey, AOC Mercurey 1er Cru Les Crêts, AOC Mercurey 1er Cru Les Saumonts, AOC Mercurey 1er Cru Les Velley, and AOC Rully.
