The Domaine Montessuit Famille estate is a family-run winery founded in 2011 in Ayse at the foot of the Môle in the Savoie region. The vineyards are located at altitudes between 450 and 600 meters on steep mountain slopes with a gradient of about 70 percent. All vineyard tasks, including pruning and harvesting, are carried out manually following traditional methods. The focus lies on cultivating the Gringet grape variety to produce wines under the AOC Vin de Savoie appellation alongside other local classifications. The winery relies on ecological practices such as agroforestry, natural plant-based treatments, and biological soil management involving livestock.
