About the estate
The Domaine Michel Girault estate is located in Bué in the heart of the Sancerre region and continues a long family tradition of winemakers. Patrick and Adrien Girault cultivate twelve hectares of vineyards spread across 38 plots in the communes of Bué, Sancerre, Thauvenay and Vinon. The soils of the south, southwest, west and southeast facing slopes consist largely of clay-limestone, limestone and flint, and are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The winery practices sustainable agriculture to protect the environment and preserve biodiversity in the vineyards.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
