About the estate

The Domaine Michel Cheveau winery looks back on a history of more than 150 years, having been established in the 19th century by the winemaking families Thévenet and Bourdon. Today, François, Sylvie, Antoine, and Benoit manage the estate located in the heart of the Burgundy wine region. The vineyards extend across eight municipalities with a total of six appellations, cultivating exclusively the Chardonnay grape variety for the production of white wines. Vinification takes place in modern facilities utilizing grapes harvested from numerous parcels across Pouilly, Vergisson, and the surrounding communes.
