About the estate
The Domaine les Moulins de Villeneuve estate is situated in the heart of the Anjou region between the Loire River and local hillsides. The winery takes its name from two historic mills that reflect the character of the slate-dominated terroir. In 2018, the estate initiated its conversion to organic farming alongside the planting of an agroforestry plot featuring southern grape varieties to anticipate climate change. In addition to winemaking, the property engages in organic vegetable production and offers accommodation facilities within the vineyard. The biological wines are bottled in reusable glass and distributed directly as well as through online retail partnerships.
