About the estate
The Domaine la Bergerade estate is located in Vauvert within the AOC Costières de Nîmes denomination in the Rhône Valley. The historic property is based on a former seventeenth-century sheepfold that underwent extensive restoration starting in 2017. In 2021, new management took over the operations with the objective of producing quality wines with respect for the local environment and terroir. To achieve this, the vineyards are currently undergoing conversion to organic farming alongside parcel replanting and yield reduction. Comprehensive work in both the vineyards and the cellar supports the creation of distinct regional wines.
