About the estate
The Domaine Jean David estate in Séguret cultivates sixteen hectares of vineyards under organic farming practices. Originally a mixed-farming family enterprise at the beginning of the twentieth century, the property has focused on viticulture since the late nineteen-seventies and is currently managed by Jean-Luc Auffret. Ten different grape varieties, including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, and Bourboulenc, are grown on the estate. Vinification is carried out naturally without technological intervention or the use of wood, complemented by manual harvesting and aging in stainless steel or concrete tanks. The portfolio includes wines in all three colors under the Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Séguret appellations.
