About the estate

The Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy estate is located in Verdigny and is managed by Michel in a family tradition that dates back to the 16th century in the region. The winery cultivates 14 hectares of vineyards, with eleven hectares planted to Sauvignon Blanc and three hectares to Pinot Noir. The vines grow on two distinct soil types consisting of clay-limestone and stony limestone soils. A judicious blend of these terroirs creates the estate's characteristic white, red, and rosé wines. The vineyards are tended according to the principles of sustainable farming to preserve the environment.
