About the estate
The Domaine Haugarot estate was founded in 2004 by Jean-Pierre Proharam in Saint-Faust, after he inherited the family vineyards in Jurançon. The winery cultivates two hectares of vines and produces wines under the AOC Jurançon denomination. All vineyard management and winemaking processes are carried out according to the biodynamic lunar calendar. As an independent winemaker, the founder oversees the entire production process from cultivation and vinification to commercialization.
