About the estate

The Domaine Grand Mas de Lansac estate is situated in Tarascon in Provence, between the Rhône river and the Alpilles mountains. The historical property dates back to the 14th century and was founded by Count Raoux de Raousset, with Franciscan monks later taking over the estate in the 19th century. Today, the property belongs to the Millard-de Lembeye family, who continue a long-standing winemaking tradition. The vineyards cover approximately 50 hectares on clay-limestone soils under certified organic farming. The estate cultivates local grape varieties such as Rolle and Aubun alongside Chardonnay, Merlot, and Caladoc to produce wines under the Alpilles protected geographical indication.
