About the estate
The Domaine Goldbierg - Benoît & Claude winery cultivates its vineyards in Remich mostly by hand, using tractors sparingly to avoid soil compaction. The vines, aged between 20 and 40 years, serve as the basis for traditional Luxembourgish wines under the Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP denomination. Additionally, the estate produces French wines in collaboration with winemakers in Bordeaux and Côtes de Roussillon. In the cellar, vinification involves minimal intervention to allow nature to take its course. Systematic multiple-pass harvesting ensures that only perfectly ripe and healthy grapes are processed.
