About the estate
The Domaine Gayda estate was founded in 1749 in Brugairolles near Carcassonne and originally served as a coaching inn. In 2004, the property underwent significant modernization under new leadership, which included the construction of a modern winery and a restaurant. The estate focuses on traditional grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Macabeu, cultivated on diverse soils. In the vineyards, sustainable agricultural practices are employed to preserve biodiversity. Winemaking combines traditional methods with state-of-the-art cellar technology to produce wines of exceptional quality.
