About the estate
The Domaine du Vivier estate is a family-run and artisanal enterprise built upon the heritage of parents and a grandfather. Managed by Christine Louet, who is a trained oenologist, the winery cultivates ten hectares of vineyards. The wines are produced within the Touraine appellation on clay-limestone soils containing flint. From six different grape varieties, thirteen distinct cuvées are crafted each year, with nature dictating the rhythm of the work.
