About the estate
The Domaine du Mas Sauvy estate is located in Roussillon between the sea and the mountains in the shadow of Mount Canigou. The historic stone farmhouse was built at the heart of the vineyards in 1856 and underwent renovation in the year 2000. Spanning a vineyard area of approximately one hundred hectares, the estate produces characterful blended wines from diverse grape varieties. The winery follows sustainable farming practices and is a member of the independent winemakers charter. Winemaking combines traditional methods with modern oenological technology.
