The Domaine du chapitre estate is located in Saint-Romain-sur-Cher in the Loire Valley on the slopes of the Cher. The winemaking family has cultivated the vineyards for nearly two centuries, passing down traditional expertise. The wines are crafted artisanally in the cellars of the property. The portfolio includes wines with the AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine Chenonceaux designations. Siblings François and Maryline Desloges run the winery and welcome visitors for tastings in their cellar.
