About the estate
The Domaine des Pierrines estate was founded in 2014 by Fabrice Delaunay in Pouillé within the Loire Valley. The winery manages fourteen hectares of vineyards across the AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine-Chenonceaux denominations and achieved organic certification in 2024. Soils featuring clay with flint and less stony parcels provide ideal conditions for a diverse range of white and red grape varieties. The winemaker places a strong emphasis on ecological sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and biodynamic methods. Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention to produce expressive wines characterized by great finesse and freshness.
