About the estate

The Domaine des Papillons estate, located in Coinsins in the Vaud region, produces wines under the AOC Vaud denomination. The Fischer family has a long-standing history in viticulture, having previously operated in Belmont-sur-Lausanne and Chenaux. Since January 2024, the estate has been managed by Alexandre and Valérie, both of whom graduated from the viticulture school in Marcelin. Gilbert Fischer, a qualified oenologist, is also involved in the family business, while Cathy oversees administration and marketing. The estate's wines are made available directly through its own cellars.
