About the estate

The Domaine de Pouypardin estate cultivates seven hectares of vineyards on a warm, stony terroir with a gentle southwest exposure. Management focuses on small yields, and harvesting is conducted entirely by hand using traditional methods. In the cellar, operations rely on gentle gravity flow without pumping and on controlled fermentation within temperature-regulated units. The portfolio includes various single-varietal wines and sparkling wines, which are aged either in stainless steel tanks or in oak barrels. The estate distributes its production directly from the property and through its own channels.
