About the estate

Founded in 1800, the Domaine de la Marseillaise estate is located in Provence between the sea and a river in the Sauvebonne Valley. This tradition-rich family business is managed in the fifth generation by Fabienne Sautou, who revitalized the property starting in 1995 and developed it into a biodynamic farm. After decades of relying on a cooperative winery, the estate resumed vinifying its own wines in its historic cellar in 2017. The vineyards are cultivated organically, vegan, and certified according to Demeter standards. The wine portfolio includes productions under the AOC Côtes de Provence and Pays du Var IGP denominations.
