About the estate
The Domaine de la Bougrie estate looks back on more than a century of history in the Anjou-Saumur region and is managed by the fourth generation. Operating as an independent winegrower, the estate pursues a comprehensive environmental strategy. The entire vineyard is certified under Terra Vitis and achieved HVE status prior to 2024. Additional measures include the construction of a low-energy cellar and the use of lightweight bottles to reduce the carbon footprint. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Anjou, AOC Anjou mousseux, AOC Anjou Villages, AOC Bonnezeaux, AOC Cabernet d'Anjou, and AOC Coteaux du Layon denominations.
