About the estate
The Cheveau estate is located in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé in Burgundy and is managed by the third generation of the family. The history of the winery began with André Cheveau, followed by Michel Cheveau, before Julien, Nicolas, and Aurélie Cheveau took over the management. The estate cultivates a vineyard area of slightly more than 20 hectares, divided into 15 hectares of Chardonnay in the Mâconnais and 5 hectares of Gamay around Saint-Amour. The portfolio includes white and red wines ranging from regional appellations to Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru. Soil cultivation and vinification are carried out with minimal intervention to reflect the character of the terroirs.
