About the estate
The family-run Domaine Bernard Fleuriet et Fils is managed today by Benoît and Mathieu following in the footsteps of their parents, cultivating thirty hectares in the Sancerre appellation and five hectares in Menetou-Salon. The vineyards are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir across approximately thirty parcels situated on typical Sancerre terroirs. The estate operates according to organic farming principles with certification and adopted biodynamic practices as well. Vinification takes place using concrete, wood, and terracotta, with fermentation conducted using indigenous yeasts and predominantly without additives.
