About the estate

The Domaine Allemand estate was founded in 1954 in Théüs by the grandparents of the current generation and is now managed in the third family line. The vineyards are situated in the French Alps at an altitude of nearly 700 meters, featuring clay-limestone and silty soils. The winery is particularly known for saving and preserving the native Mollard grape variety, which is considered a regional specialty. Farming is conducted organically with manual harvesting, the use of draft horses in the plots, and certification as Haute Valeur Environnementale. The produced range comprises authentic wines with regional designation from the Hautes-Alpes.

The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Mollard and Muscat à Petits Grains. The estate sells to horeca.
