About the estate
Located in Valais, the Diroso Kellerei estate cultivates nearly four hectares of vines across various parcels ranging from the Vispertal valley to Varen. The parcels are managed according to integrated production guidelines, treating traditional varieties with biological agents and cultivating fungus-resistant grape varieties without the use of plant protection products. Since September 2019, the family business has been run in the second generation by the brothers Diego and Roman. More than 50 different grape varieties ripen in the vineyards, from which traditional Valais wines as well as rarities and Piwi wines are produced. The winery in the hamlet of Tennen near Turtmann was inaugurated in 2019.
The eno directory lists 13 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Zweigelt.
