About the estate
The Di Sipio Wine estate was founded in 2004 by Nicola Di Sipio in Ripa Teatina in the Abruzzo region and spans seventy hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are located on clay and limestone soils in the hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Alongside the founder, the family business includes his wife Anna Concetta and their sons Massimo and Paolo. The wines are crafted under the guidance of enologist Graziana Grassini, focusing on regional grape varieties such as Montepulciano and Pecorino as well as Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo. Production relies on manual harvesting and maturation processes utilizing glass, stainless steel, and wood.
