The Daróczi Vinotéka estate cultivates a total of four hectares of vineyards in Eger, including the Tóbérc dűlő site, with its cellar located at the foot of the Szépasszonyvölgy. The family-run winery cultivates grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Kékfrankos, as well as Syrah, Furmint, and Sauvignon Blanc on newer plots. The estate places great emphasis on naturalness in all aspects, avoiding the use of herbicides in the vineyard and employing spontaneous fermentation without additives in the cellar.
