The Dani Mabe Wines, S.L.U. estate is located in Quemada within the Castilla y León region and operates within the Ribera del Duero DO denomination. The family has been cultivating and caring for vineyards there for several generations, and the current owner draws on many years of experience as an oenologist and technical director. The estate's own vineyards are situated at an altitude between 850 and 900 meters on sandy, clayey, and gravelly soils. Work in the vineyard is strictly organic, avoiding the use of herbicides, phytosanitary products, or synthetic fertilizers. The management aims for healthy soils, resilient vines, and wines that reflect the personality of the grape varieties and the specific characteristics of the soils.
