The Crama UNU winery in Cârligele vinifies exclusively its own grape production with minimal intervention in the transformation process. The boutique estate allows each grape variety to express its individual personality. The portfolio includes the red varieties Merlot and Fetească Neagră alongside white varieties such as Fetească Albă, Fetească Regală, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Rhein Riesling, and Riesling Italian. The wines originate from the Cotești DOC and Dealurile Vrancei IG regions.
