Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Crama Girboiu a été fondé en 2005 selon la vision du fondateur Constantin Girboiu à Dragosloveni, dans la région de Moldavie en Roumanie. La cave englobe 180 hectares de vignes situés dans l'appellation Cotești DOC. Le portefeuille comprend huit vins distincts, axés sur des expressions authentiques du terroir régional, des vins effervescents élaborés selon la méthode traditionnelle et des éditions spéciales limitées. Le domaine associe innovation continue et technologie de cave moderne à un profond respect des traditions viticoles locales.
