About the estate

The Crama Cepari estate is part of the Drăgășani wine region, representing its southernmost extremity in Oltenia. The vineyards are situated on the plateaus of low hills featuring gentle slopes with a southwest orientation that receive sunlight until sunset. Representative soils for the area include Luvisols with a medium clay content alongside small-grained calcareous skeletal material. Deep down and across the entire surface, the limestone content becomes significantly present beneath the main mass of the vine roots, yielding positive effects on grape quality, especially for red varieties.

The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
