About the estate
The cooperative Coop. Nuestra Señora del Egido was founded in 1954 by a group of winegrowing families in La Puebla de Almoradiel, right in the heart of the La Mancha region. Today, more than 500 members cultivate around 15,000 hectares of vineyards in a landscape shaped by a continental climate with clay, sandy, and limestone soils. The vines thrive at altitudes ranging from 600 to 900 meters, giving the grapes a unique character. The estate is currently managed in the fourth generation, combining traditional methods with modern technology.
