About the estate
The Coop. La Magdalena estate was founded in 1958 by a group of local vine growers in Casas de Haro and currently relies on more than 300 members. The winery cultivates over 1500 hectares of vineyards featuring grape varieties such as Cencibel, Bobal, Garnacha, and Moscatel de grano menudo. The vineyards are situated on deep soils with pebbles and rounded stones, benefiting from a dry continental climate with significant thermal oscillations. Since 1990, the cooperative has marketed wines under the Vega Moragona brand, producing young wines, crianzas, reservas, and organic wines. Combining modern cellar technology with sustainable cultivation practices, the estate distributes its production to both national and international markets.
