The name of the bodega pays tribute to the former Cistercian monastery of Convento de Santa María de Oreja in Langayo, which overlooks an ear-shaped valley. The estate focuses its production on the Tinta del País grape variety to craft structured, body-rich, and balanced red wines. The winemaking process is carried out with a dedication to craftsmanship, allowing the wines to mature in the peace and quiet of oak barrels.
